It’s Not Too Late to Form a Company for January

In some ways, 2020 is ending with a whimper. No parties, no networking, little in-person communication. The normal ways we connect and share our appreciation for our customers and employees are limited by the virus that has dominated the whole year.

But in other ways, 2020 has been a firecracker. Many people have found the time to plan. They are starting the new business they’ve dreamed of for a while. They are protecting their trademarks and other intellectual property. The government made very attractive financing available so people could buy new businesses.

It is not too late to tee up a new entity that is ready to go on January 1!
