Meet and Welcome Jennifer Vuillermet

We would like to introduce you to Jennifer Vuillermet, attorney at Legal Direction. Please welcome her as part of our team.

My name is Jennifer Vuillermet, and my goal has remained the same for over 20 years - to provide clients with practical legal solutions in a timely manner. I know how frustrating it is to receive legal advice you know won’t work in the real world. Or to be treated like you’re a line on a to-do list, instead of a valued member of a team. That’s why I strive to create genuine and lasting connections with the people I serve.

Throughout my career, I worked as in-house counsel to organizations of all sizes. In this role, I advised and supported individuals at each level of the organization, from board members and chief executive officers to the maintenance staff.

Working with diverse clients means I had to learn how to make law accessible. Legalese and jargon only make it harder to understand how to protect your business. It’s impossible to be proactive if you’re anxious and confused.

This is also where my experience as a litigator comes in handy. Having seen how issues play out in a courtroom, I can identify legal risks you might not see. I also know what strategies work to reduce liability and risk in your business. Small “brick and mortars”, start-ups, service providers, and solo entrepreneurs all need the support of a dedicated attorney who not only listens to their concerns, but cares about their business as much as they do.

When I arrived in North Carolina in 2013, I knew I wanted to work with people who were following their passion. From helping you form or buy an existing business to advising you during your business growth, I thrive on removing the worry, so you can focus on what you do best.
